Aerial Acrobatics

Posted:  Jan 16, 2017
My wife and I recently moved downtown, and wondered if we would miss the wildlife of suburbia (speaking of the animals, mind you). Now, instead of birds in the morning, we hear the rush of cars, and see the tug boats of the port.

Surprisingly, we discovered hummingbirds were daily visitors to our balcony.  With the rush of the traffic below them, they perform fantastic aerial shows and guard the feeders aggressively.  They’ve adapted to downtown city life.  I believe we too, must adapt to what’s before us.  The innovative world of commercial doors and hardware is changing, and expanding; we must adapt with it if we are to thrive.
